This policy describes the included source code. Before deploying publicly, customize it to match your actual organization, hosting, retention, access controls and applicable law.
1. What is collected
If you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest and message. A hidden field is used for basic bot filtering.
2. How it is used
The data is used to review and respond to an enquiry. This demonstration has no analytics, advertising trackers, account system or external form service.
3. Storage and protection
Submissions are appended to a JSON Lines file under the server-side App_Data directory, outside the public web root. Access, backups and retention depend on the environment where you deploy the project. HTTPS should be enabled in production.
4. Your choices
Please avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial data. Contact the site operator to request access, correction or deletion after deployment.
